How a fence job goes
Visit and measure
Sam walks the fence line with you and notes the gates, the slope and any old fence.
Written quote
Length, height, material, gates and removal, each on its own line.
Locates and layout
Before any digging, we request utility locates through Ontario One Call, then mark every post.
Build
Posts set, panels and gates hung, and the yard cleaned up.
Walk-through
You check the work with Sam before we leave.
Common questions
Do I need a permit?
It depends on your address and on the fence. We check the city’s rules for your property before we start, and we tell you if anything needs to be filed.
Can you build a pool fence?
Yes. Pool enclosures have their own city rules, and we build to them. Ask us about gates that close and latch on their own.
Can you remove my old fence?
Yes. Removal and disposal is its own line on your quote.
